ITF HQ Tul Tour 2026 was an unforgettable experience in South Korea, made even more special by Grand Master Sanders and the rest of the international team. We visited locations connected to our patterns, including Tong Il at the Freedom Bridge near the DMZ, as well as Po Eun, Won Ho, Do San, and many of the other Tul sites. Training with Buddhist Monks, the WTF South Korean Demo Team, and at Taekwondowon made the trip truly exceptional, and the food was amazing. We were sad to come home, and after the main tour, the remaining members returned to their countries while Pat and I stayed on to experience more of the Korean culture. Throughout the trip, we met fantastic people both within and beyond Taekwon-do and made friends for life.
