We had our women from Pat's Ladies attended a Online women Masterclass hoisted by Master Natasa Manavaki from Greece and Master Dana Raeijmaekers-Stokhof from The Netherlands. Our Teens and Women really enjoyed the Master Class and cannot wait to travel to the seminar with Covid is over. They all picked up new training ideas and understood lots more about their training in Taekwon-do. Well done all who attended from Taekwon-do-Wales and a big thank you to Master Natasa and Master Dana. A fantastic day. Hope to see you all soon in person.
