As most of you may know I nominated Lola for the Nation Wales Sports Personality Award 2017 which took place in Cardiff Stadium last night.
Lola continually amazes me with achievement after achievement and I find myself constantly in awe of her preparation towards everything she sets her sights on.
Her success is purely down to her positive mindset, determination and the maximum effort that she constantly puts into every training session and class.
Congratulations Lola!!

Very Proud and Lauren Wynn and Lola Williams the ITF HQ World Championships has been great for all Taekwon-do-Wales Schools there is an very exciting atmosphere within the schools, students are putting more into their training many new joiners in all the schools. We are working hard for August 2019 ITF HQ World Championships in South Korea. Taekwon-do-Wales goes from strength to strength and we have an exciting 2018 to come many events in the calendar already with 11 tournament invites to choose from.
