Fantastic International Instructors course  in Scotland it made a change that the Instructor's course was about teaching skills and not just going through the patterns. Myself, Pat and Lauren came back too Wales on a high. We learnt so much over the weekend and made many new friends in Taekwon-do. This weekend has proven that joining ITF HQ Korea was the right thing to do. ITF HQ Korea continues to grow at a rate on knot's with great friendly people. Thank you to Grand Master Sutherland, Master Sanders and Master Thompson for making a great weekend to remember.
